ReturnDocket beta terms.

These terms apply to the ReturnDocket invitation beta operated by Berg App LLC. Muse and other separately chosen services have their own terms.

The service

ReturnDocket is operated by Berg App LLC for adults aged 18 and older. It stores records you provide about purchases, dates and refunds. The invitation beta is free, supports up to 200 purchases per account, and does not collect payment information.

Dates and decisions

You are responsible for checking dates, merchant policies, item conditions, source details and refund amounts. A saved deadline is not a promise of eligibility, a refund, warranty coverage or financial protection. We do not process returns, contact merchants, provide insurance, issue refunds or automatically send alerts. Contact your merchant for consequential decisions.

Your account and content

Keep recovery and connector keys private. Only enter records you are entitled to use. Do not enter unlawful material, payment-card data, sensitive information or information about children. Do not abuse the service, evade quotas, attempt to access other accounts or use it to fabricate purchase evidence.

Availability and control

We may change, suspend or retire the beta. It is provided as available without a promise of uninterrupted operation or merchant outcomes, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing limits rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be limited. Export important records and use independent reminders for critical dates.

Privacy and leaving

The product privacy notice explains data use and retention. You can revoke connector access, export records and delete your account using your recovery key. There is no email-based recovery.
